Damaged or Defective Items

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

We have sent many thousands of plants safely to their destinations. However, in the unlikely event that there is a problem with your order, please email us a clear picture of the unwrapped plant(s) within 48 hours after arrival and we’ll assess whether the plants should be replaced, refunded, or not. We guarantee live delivery, but we do not guarantee beyond that since care conditions are outside of our control, so kindly send pictures within the 48-hour window after arrival.

Multiple journeys through the mail can be very stressful for a plant, so we encourage you to purchase only if you are positive about your purchase. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. 

Returns for items based on size/description will not be honored. As stated on our site, "We specialize in young plants that are 3-8 inches tall in 3-inch-deep pots so they can grow to maturity under your green thumb and keep your shipping costs low." This is the advertised description and we do not offer refunds or replacements for this.
